I’m Ratin Mathur — a management consultant, strategic advisor, and certified independent director with nearly two decades of experience enabling organizations to achieve clarity, growth, and governance excellence.
My career spans leadership roles at Goodyear, JTEKT India, KHD Humboldt Wedag, and Pfizer (USA), where I developed deep expertise in business analytics, market intelligence, strategic planning, and process transformation. Over 19+ years, I’ve helped senior leaders and CXOs translate complexity into clarity, whether by improving forecasting accuracy, optimizing resource allocation, or sharpening competitive positioning.
I hold a PGDM (Executive MBA) from IIM Lucknow, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and multiple certifications in AI, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, and Strategic Management from leading global institutions including Wharton, Stanford, Darden, and EY.
